Manifest with Law of Attraction


When you think good, good things happen. When you think bad, guess what happens? Set intentions, good ones. Your thoughts determine more than you might think. The mind is such a powerful thing. Meditation is not sitting Indian style and trying to clear every thought in your head.

Meditating is giving yourself undivided attention. Anywhere you feel good. Being in that specific moment. Setting time to intentionally process good thoughts and just feel good. Then cracking a little smile and feeling your cheeks rise all while feeling your chest move as you breath. Intimacy with yourself.

If you know one thing, anything, try to know yourself. Inside and out. Then you can always naturally sport those rose colored sunglasses. πŸ™‚βœŒπŸ½πŸ–€&Β #happinessΒ
