In life, we are told to go through the motions; and many of us do. Many find an ideal path and head in the “right-direction.” The map is there for each and every one of us. This is the thing, with human minds and it’s endless evolution by experiences or nature, this behavior – is never ending. In most cases the ease of our mind comes and stays a while but the waves inside our bodies keep amplifying, altering and we have to keep the pace.
It has never been the standard for someone or anything to stay stagnant in any way, shape or form. The need for movement is part of nature. You can see it among any living thing. From the pollen to the seed, or the wind to the clouds. This being physically or mentally in our case, even when the body is not moving, the mind never stops.
What do you do when the mind is loud? You find ways to entertain it. Derail it for a while. There is always room to do the things you want to do, you just have to do them. Mind to body. Send the signal. Do the exercise. It is not always easy but once you get going, the force will guide you. Times are changing, if you have not noticed, a lot of us are spending more and more time with ourselves – alone in our minds or in our homes. Getting to know ourselves is important. From what triggers our uneasy feelings to what fuels our good moods. Learn to learn yourself so you can feel good – most of the time.
Self-love, self-knowledge, and self-care has never been more in need to be prioritized.
If you keep feeling like you need a change or simply in need of a burst of some type of good thing – Manifest it! Hope for it. Do things to bring it closer to you. Make the adjustments necessary. Tame the feelings you no longer want to feel, do not let them control you.
