
What you need:
- Hamburger Buns
- 2 Portobello Mushrooms
- ½ Onion Sliced
- 1 Tomato Sliced
- Vegan Cheese (I used miyokos)
- ¼ cup Bread crumbs
Shroom Marinade:
- 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Pepper
- ½ a Beer
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 1Tablespoon of Salt
- Water to fill
How to cook
Portobello Marinade:

Put all the marinating spices in a deep bowl. Make sure both mushrooms are submerged at least halfway. Leave the Portobello mushrooms marinating as long as you can in the fridge.
Crumbs:

- Pour the bread crumbs in a bowl
- ½ teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- Mix
- Set Aside
Bake:

- Dip the Portobello mushrooms in the Bread Crumbs, on all sides.
- Add the cheese with the shrooms facing up, like a bowl.
- Add more crumbs on top of the cheese.
- Bake the shrooms at 400° for 20 minutes or until you can stick a fork right through it.
- Toast the Buns (optional)
- When the shrooms are done baking, place it on the Bun
- Add your Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomatoes, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, whatever you like!
- Add other bun to complete
